Changes Occur in Mailing Services

Do you know about the mail or a post? and do you also know about E-mail?

In past few years ago mail services such as direct mail or a post is very popular in the world, that time this is the only way to contact your loved ones. These mails are handled by the man power and in which lots of time is taken to collect the mails from mail box(post box) and then stamp those mails on Main post office then send it for distribution. Do you know what is a Mail box? 

A mail box is the red boxes in which mail is posted by the people and postman of that area had a duty to collect them all and send it to the Main Office for stamp those letter. That was a time when people wait for their letter for many days or months and when the letter is received. It give them pleasure and happiness.

According to History the first Handwritten mail document courier services was started in Egypt in 2500 BCE. After that it was huge popular in different countries. The first Postal Office in India was established by East India Company in 1727. After that these postal services is used to send mails and other documents and even DD(Demand Draft) is also send by these mailing services.

But After some time when the age of mobile phone  is began and the mail services become less popular, but people still send mails that time. After some time the age of Internet had began and new ways to connect your loved ones is introduced to the World that is E-mail.

 

Today Everyone knows what Email is and what is its use for?

The term Email stands for Electronic mail. It is a method of exchanging messages between people using electronic devices such as Mobile phones, Laptops, Tabs etc. The computer based mail or messaging is possible with the advent of time sharing computers in 1960s. In 1971 the first ARPANET network email was sent and introduce familiar address with syntax ( @ ). After the introduction of Email it is getting popular between the people and a drastic change occur in Postal Services. Now the postal services was very rarely use, and in some of the countries it is to loss making that they shut these services. In India the postal services is still popular for long time after the introduction of Email to the whole world. But gradually change occur and postal services become less popular here also.

Now the postal services are declining in India, which lead to change in human mentality. As we know Emails are more fast then the direct mail it sent to the person to another person with the speed of light. But we all know that emotion with  the direct mail or post is not provided by Email. Changes are good but only when it do not hurt anything or anyone. Nowadays cities and rural areas are changing now there are only few post services are present, if this will remain like this we can lost our history and the traditional mailing system.
